I am giving Shannon a five star review because she earned it. She has every quality that you look for in a real estate agent. Shannon is very intelligent, personable and professional with the years of service that gives her the insight into every real estate issue. She is also a great communicator keeping you up to date with every issue or listening to your own ideas and questions or helping you through a stressful time. I should also mention Shannon has a great sense of humor. I give Shannon Mason my highest recommendation.

Shannon was responsive, professional, kind, friendly and worked through all of the issues with our property sale with ease. Shannon and Hannah at EXP Realty are the best! I had 3 properties to sell in Oregon that were in probate. I live in Washington and had no idea how to go about selling them. I called EXP Realty and Shannon answered the phone promptly. I had a lot of questions and Shannon walked me through them and answered my questions even before I hired her. She helped me get an appraiser for the properties since I didn't live there. All the properties were rented out and Shannon did all the dealings with the tenants even one that was making it difficult to show the property. She always checked with me before making any decisions and took a lot of stree off of me at this difficult time. I could not have asked for a more qualified easy to talk to and understand realtor. Someday I hope to meet Shannon and Hannah in person. All our dealings were by email and phone. She always responded right away when I called her. I would highly recommend Shannon and Hannah for your real estate needs, they are terrific! 🙏1
